The 2023 Transgender, Gender Nonconforming, and Intersex (TGI) Health Summit took place on November 2, 2023, at the Village At Ed Gould Plaza in Los Angeles. This collaborative event was organized by the Los Angeles County Commission on HIV, REACH LA, the Trans* Lounge program at the LA LGBT Center, and the USC Department of Population and Public Health Sciences. The summit’s goal was to provide targeted leadership and educational opportunities for TGI individuals and extending these enriching experiences to both the youth and elders.

The summit aims to address and propose solutions for the health disparities that disproportionately affect the TGI community. Attendees can look forward to gaining valuable information on available community resources, specialized knowledge in HIV care and prevention, as well as engaging in initiatives that focus on community building and healing.
