Cassidy Hernandez-Tamayo, MPH
PhD Student
Cassidy is currently a PhD Epidemiology student at University of Southern California. She graduated with a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Biostatistics and Epidemiology from USC in 2021 and received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington in 2020. While in her MPH program, she was an Epidemiologist and Data Analyst for the Hawaii Department of Health and played an active role in the COVID-19 response. Cassidy’s research interests include infectious disease epidemiology and health disparities and aspires to take her research abroad upon graduating from USC.
