Kalpana
Medical Student
Kalpana is a second-year medical student at Keck. She graduated from Washington University in St. Louis in 2021 with a B.A. in Biology with a focus in Neuroscience. At the lab, she is working on a project related to attitudes and preferences towards HIV PrEP among pregnant and breastfeeding women in India. Outside of the Klausner lab, she is the president of the Internal Medicine Interest Group and a chair of the Interdisciplinary Outreach Committee.
